Situated only two blocks away from Ponderosa State Park, this location gives you terrific access to the 1500+ acres of the park to hike, bike, or enjoy the lake. The house is stocked with items such as beach towels, beach toys for kids, and backpacks for day hiking right out the front door.
Enter through the front door and step into the well-appointed kitchen on your left. The abundance of counter space with updated concrete counters is sure to please the chef in the family. Added amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, and slow cooker.
The dining room has plenty of seating for all of the guests at the large solid wood table. The bench seat is ideal for children and the additional six chairs ensure comfort for all eight guests to enjoy family meals together.
Relax in the large living room that is bathed in natural light in the morning. There is a perfect reading area to cozy up next to the large river rock fireplace, or you can sprawl out on the couch and enjoy a Netflix movie on the 65” SmartTV with a BlueRay DVD player.
